Customer-made training program

Our customer-tailored training program can provide value for any client, regardless of size or current level of proficiency. The training enables improved folder structure management within the iBinder platform, which in turn will help improve productivity. We tailor our program for our client's specific needs, which are explored in a brief preparatory meeting. Common requests for specific topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding for newly hired personnel, consultants, or project groups.
  • An analysis of clients' current usage, along with suggestions on how to improve layout and organisation. 
  • Guidance in building new templates for upcoming projects.


Customer Success Service

This provides you with a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will arrange onboarding for your new personnel, continuous education for current employees according to need and keep you continually up to date regarding changes and updates in the product.
